5.  A 50 year old radiographer presents with a history of weight loss and anorexia. He complained of experiencing night sweats. On abdominal examination he was noted to have an enlarged spleen. On taking blood samples, the lab report expressed that there were findings of Philadelphia chromosomes. What is the likely diagnosis?
